Hiatus.

Hello to all of my faithful followers,

As you have probably noticed, I haven't updated in about a month. It's not because I've just been slacking, though I am sure that that is a part of it. I attended a wedding in St. Louis on June 24th, and in the rush of trying to get to the airport, I left my camera at the place I was staying :(

So, I'm working on getting it sent to me, but the issue is currently out of my hands. So hopefully, I'll be getting it soon because I have some pictures on that camera that I really want to post!!

Peace & blessins',

Rashad

Considering I didn't get out of bed this day (I got back to New Haven at 6am), there is no photo. Sorry.

I'm not going to make a habit out of posting little blurbs after my photos because I try to let the photos speak, but this posting deserves some additional words. These are the graves of two of the most influential people in my life: my great-grandmother, Gaither M. Terrell, and my grandfather, Nathaniel Knox. I hadn't been to the cemetery to visit in a long time, but I decided to stop by after a surprise visit to my grandmother in Toccoa, GA. I'm glad I did. It was a good reminder, before my internship began, of the people who have molded me into who I am today. I hope they are proud of me.
